Cancellation Policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and you may need to reschedule your appointment from time to time. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our clients and our team, who set aside time especially for you.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Late Cancellation Charges

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the following charges will apply:

• Between 23 and 2 hours before your appointment: £20 late cancellation fee
• Less than 2 hours before your appointment: Full treatment cost will be charged

Missed Appointments

If you miss your appointment without notice, the full treatment cost will be charged.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. Charges may be waived at our discretion under exceptional circumstances.
