Salon Hygeine is an important aspect for us.
We use Barbicide to steralize all our equipment, this is proven to kill bacteria, viruses, and Fungal Spores.
Towels used during treatments are changed between clients and washed at the recommended heat and cycle.
Our floors are hoovered and washed daily.
Waste is disposed of responsibly.

Covid-19 specific changes:
Therapist will wear a clear Full Face Visor within the salon and with clients at all times.
All work surfaces and door handles, are cleaned between clients with Disinfectant spray.
Windows will be kept open as much as possible.
An Appointment only system will be used, including purchases of gift vouchers and products.
Allowing for a one in and one out system to be used, with staggered start and finish times to prevent more than one therapist and one client to be present in the reception area at one time. This will also allow for only one person to use the stairs and entrance at one time.
Therapist uniforms should not be worn to and from the salon. These will now be washed at the salon daily.
It is advised that clients wear a face covering when entering the salon.
All clients will be asked to complete a questionnaire the day before their appointment via email. If you have any symptoms however mild, or live in a high risk household please do not come into the salon. We will review the questionnaire and contact you if we decide you should not attend the appointment made.
Clients will be refused a treatment if there are any signs of any illness.
Hand washing facilities hands and hand sanitisers are available.
Clients are requested to attend on their own and without any bags if possible.
Arrive on time, not too early as we will not be ready to see you in. Please wait at the bottom of the stairs.
