The Well Being Massage is a 90 minute, head-to-toe treatment designed to settle the nervous system, ease muscular tension and leave you feeling grounded. It begins with a Thai-inspired foot ritual and gentle body brushing, then flows into a soothing massage for the body, face and scalp.

More information

What the Well Being Massage includes

A structured 90 minute journey that combines cleansing rituals with slow, restorative massage.

  • Thai foot ritual to help you switch off and feel more present in your body
  • Gentle body brushing to stimulate the skin and support circulation before massage
  • Full body massage to release common holding areas such as shoulders, back, hips and legs
  • Face massage to soften jaw, brow and facial tension
  • Scalp massage to ease head and neck tightness and encourage deeper relaxation
  • A steady pace and continuous flow to help you move from busy to calm

Who tends to book the Well Being Massage

  • You feel “wired but tired” and want relaxation that lasts beyond the treatment room
  • You carry stress in your shoulders, neck, jaw or lower back
  • You want a full reset rather than a quick focus on one area
  • You are struggling to switch off, sleep well, or fully relax after work or training

How the 90 minutes are structured

The Well Being Massage starts with the foot ritual, then body brushing to prepare the skin and help you feel refreshed. The massage work follows, moving through the body before finishing with face and scalp techniques for a calmer, lighter feeling. Pressure and any areas to avoid are checked at the start so the treatment feels safe and comfortable.

After your Well Being Massage

Give yourself time to get up slowly and drink water afterwards. Many people feel best keeping the rest of the day gentle, especially after the face and scalp work. If you are prone to dryness, applying a light moisturiser later can help after body brushing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Well Being Massage include face and scalp massage?
Yes. The treatment includes dedicated face and scalp work to help release jaw, brow, neck and head tension. If you prefer to skip either area, just say at the start.
Will the body brushing feel scratchy or harsh?
Body brushing is done gently and should feel stimulating rather than uncomfortable. If your skin is sensitive or you have any areas of irritation, those areas can be avoided. Let your therapist know how it feels as you go.
What should I wear and what areas are covered during the massage?
You will undress to your comfort level and will be draped throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. You can keep underwear on if you prefer.
Is the Well Being Massage suitable during pregnancy?
This depends on your stage of pregnancy and your health history. It is best to check before booking so the treatment can be adapted safely or an alternative can be recommended. Always mention pregnancy when you enquire.
What should I do after a Well Being Massage to keep the benefits?
Plan a quieter evening if you can and keep hydration steady. Gentle movement and an early night often help the relaxed, settled feeling last longer. Avoid intense training straight afterwards if you feel sleepy or heavy-limbed.
